To The Management & Committee at Darwen Football Club.

I am writing this letter to thank the football club and all those concerned for the recent game against F.C. United of Manchester. First of all I would like to thank Steve Mullen and his players for taking the time and effort on such a big day to allow two young boys to be official match day mascots. One being my son Conor; you made two young boys very happy and proud along with myself. I would also like to thank all the volunteers for there help in making what was probably the biggest game for years. As a new supporter my son and I love to come and watch grass roots football played with pride and passion. I hope Darwen continue to play well and get the rewards they deserve.

On a final note congratulations to all the home and visiting supporters for there support and trouble free day out on Saturday.
